Requesting a Transcript
OFFICIAL SIUE TRANSCRIPTS CAN BE ORDERED ONLINE:
Ordering online through Parchment, our third-party vendor
- The order form is available 24 hours a day with orders processed during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm).
- Access through CougarNet. (Student>Student Records>Order an Official Transcript)
Or, if you do not have access to CougarNet, complete this online form.
- Options are available to pick up the transcripts from the Service Center, have them mailed to the recipients by first-class mail, or have them sent electronically.
- The normal processing time for transcripts is 3-5 working days after receipt of the request.
- FedEx expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
- Make your payment on the Parchment site, as directed. Expedited orders will also require an additional FedEx fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
You cannot order transcripts over the telephone.
If you have an outstanding financial obligation to the University, while your transcript is not being restricted and will be released, the Office of the Bursar would like to remind you that this does not release your obligation to pay your outstanding balance. Balances that remain unpaid will follow the University’s normal collection processes. Questions regarding your account should be directed to the Office of the Bursar at 618-650-3123.

Unofficial copies of transcripts are only available for students to print by accessing their student records on CougarNet. (Student > Student Records > Academic Transcript).
