Student Financial Responsibility Agreement
As you register yourself for an upcoming semester in CougarNet you will be presented an agreement entitled "Student Responsibility for Payment of Educational Services at Southern Illinois University." Before registering you'll need to accept this agreement online simply by clicking "I accept." This agreement explains everything about paying for your education at SIUE. Please read the agreement and contact the Bursar's Office ([email protected] or 618-650-3123) if you have any questions.
To accept the agreement online, log into CougarNet and select:
- Student
- Registration
- Read and Accept
Before your advisor can register you for an upcoming term you must accept the agreement online in CougarNet.
If you have issues with the online acknowledgment, you may print the agreement at the link below. Sign and date the printed copy and mail or fax it to the Bursar's Office. Make sure you write your University ID number (beginning with 800) on the agreement so we can update your student account. Keep in mind the Bursar Agreement hold will not be lifted until the form is received by the Bursar Office.
