Spring 2025 Lot A & E Lottery
Parking Services is currently completing a census of all of the parking lots on campus. After completion, we will have Green (Lots A and E) permits available for upgrade through the lottery process.
Beginning Wednesday, January 29th., 2025, students should go to their Parking Portal, sign in with their e-id/password, then select “Add Lottery” towards the bottom of the page. This is a new lottery so all students that would like to participate in this lottery need to sign up at this time. When you sign up, you must select either Lot A or Lot E. You are not allowed to sign up for multiple lotteries. The deadline to sign up is Monday, February 3rd., 2025 at 12:00PM. Winners will be announced by 4:00pm on Monday, February 3rd., 2025 on the Parking Services website, winners will also receive an email with instructions on how to upgrade their permits.

Additional Brown Permits (Lot F)
Beginning Monday, 12/9/24, Parking Services will begin selling a limited number of Brown Permits (Lot F) on a first come first served basis. Permits can be purchased in the Parking Services office (RH 1113) Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
The cost to purchase a Spring 2025 Brown Permit is $142.00
If you have already purchased a permit for the 2024-2025 year, you must come into Parking Services and relinquish your current permit at the time you PURCHASE the upgraded permit, therefore, park in the pay by space Lot B or C (increments of $.75 per 1/2 hr) while you’re conducting business in Parking Services located in Rendleman Hall.
The cost for an Spring 2025 upgrade is:
Red to Brown: $31
Commuter Evening to Brown: $17
Residential Evening to Brown: $5 (Parking Services will affix a Housing sticker to the Brown Permit)
Residential to Brown: $17 (Parking Services will affix a Housing sticker to the Brown Permit)
(Note: Spring Permits will also be honored though the Summer Semester.)
Additional EV Charging Stations
Parking Services is pleased to announce the addition of (2) new EV Charging Stations on the Edwardsville Campus. These stations are located in Lot B (west of the MUC) and Lot E (west of Dunham Hall). Each station services 2 spaces, so we now have (6) total EV spaces on the Edwardsville Campus. More information about the EV Charging stations can be found here.
Flowbird
Parking Services is making a new app available effective fall 2015 which will allow you to buy or add time to the meters in Lots A, E, F, B and C. There is also a pay machine in the Morris University Center. There is a $0.35 fee per transaction. Download the Flowbird app.
