Adding or Dropping a Class
Registration for winter session is open through December 15 in CougarNet.
Students who find it necessary to drop a class may do so via CougarNet through December 27. However, students wishing to drop with full credit of tuition and fees must do so by December 17! Charges will not be reduced when dropping after December 17.
After December 27, you will need instructor authorization to withdraw from class. You may pursue authorization by sending the instructor an email. If you receive approval, forward the email to [email protected]. The transaction will be processed as of the date of your request. If you have trouble processing enrollment changes using CougarNet, you may email [email protected]. Enrollment changes received within published deadlines may not be completed until January, but will be processed as of the effective date of your email.
If you simply stop attending, you are not withdrawn. It is your responsibility to drop any class you do not intend to take or complete. Visit the Registrar’s website for details. If you need help dropping a course, please send an email to [email protected]. Enrollment adjustments will be processed using the effective date of the email.
