2024-2025 Verification Forms are for anyone who filed the 2425 FAFSA between December 31, 2023-June 30, 2025, for the 2024-2025 academic year. Please contact our office for the 2024-2025 Verification Forms.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
2024-2025 SAP Appeals Forms are to be used when a student’s financial aid has been terminated for GPA (less than 2.0), Completion Rate (less than 67.0%), or maximum hours (over 150% of published program length). There are deadlines for submission of new SAP Appeals each semester – see www.siue.edu/sap for these deadline dates and more explanation about Satisfactory Academic Progress.
