How to Reserve a Space
The Morris University Center (MUC) offers a variety of meeting and event spaces for registered SIUE student organizations, internal departments and external audiences.
Registered SIUE student organizations and internal departments can request space using virtual EMS with their e-id and password.
Once you have logged in, you can access the availability of MUC meeting spaces, create a reservation and view your current bookings. After you’ve submitted a web request for your prospective reservation, Event Services will be notified and contact you within 24-48 hours to finalize and confirm your event.

If you are a member of an SIUE Campus Department and are unable to login, please contact your system administrator and make sure you have filled out the proper System Access Request Form.
All External Clients should reach out to Event Services directly at [email protected] or 618-650-3001 for assistance scheduling an event.
