Description: Bring your lunch and join us for an introduction to the Starfish platform and its implementation at SIUE to support student success. This session will cover how Starfish enhances student retention and achievement through EASE surveys, flags, and workflows that connect faculty, success coaches, advisors, and students. Participants will learn to navigate the platform, complete EASE surveys/raise flags for optimal outcomes, and promote timely interventions. The formal overview will include practical tips for integrating Starfish into daily workflows to strengthen student support and improve institutional outcomes. The session will conclude with an informal Q&A.
